Stops the broadcast task

Remember that you have to have the task stopped for it to work

Restart

Restarts the broadcast task

Add

Creates a broadcast and adds it directly to the configuration file

Remove

Removes a broadcast from the configuration file

Toggle

Toggles messages to the player.
